Carvio licences

Try before you buy: the free trial has every feature in design mode, with no time limit, so you can see how Carvio works on your own designs and in the 3D simulation before paying. If you buy and change your mind within 14 days, write to us and we refund the purchase and revoke the licence. After that, refunds are at our discretion, but if Carvio does not work on your machine and we cannot fix it, we refund.

Store purchases

Projects and clipart are digital files you can open at once, so they are normally not refundable. If a file is broken, not as described or does not open in Carvio, tell us within 14 days and we refund or replace it. Sellers are told about refunds on their listings.

How

Use the contact page with the email you bought with and the order or licence id. Refunds go back the way you paid.
