Terms of use

Last updated 10 October 2026. These terms cover carviocnc.com, the forum and the store. The Carvio program has its own licence agreement shown when you enter a licence.

Your account

You are responsible for what is posted from your account. Keep your password to yourself. We may close accounts that spam, harass, post content they have no right to, or try to break the site.

The forum

What you post stays yours, and you give Carvio a licence to show it here. Attachments you share in the forum are for other members to use in their own work unless you say otherwise in the post. Do not post files you do not have the right to share.

The store

Sellers keep the rights to their designs and grant buyers the licence stated on the listing (by default: use the design for your own projects and the parts you make from it, including parts you sell, but do not resell or share the files themselves). Sellers warrant they own what they sell. Carvio takes a cut of each sale, shown on the seller page, to run the site and handle payments. Payouts go out to the details on the seller page once a month for balances above the minimum.

Licences for Carvio

A licence is tied to the named person or company and a major version of Carvio. It allows the program on the number of machines stated in the licence. Licences are not transferable without asking us. See the refund policy.

No warranty

The site, the files shared on it and the program are provided as they are. Check every toolpath in the simulation before you run it on a machine; we are not responsible for broken bits, damaged machines or scrapped stock.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.
